This policy explains what Wall Street Trading Room™ (“we”) collects when you use wallstreettradingroom.com and the Market Engine, what we do with it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect little.
We use your email to deliver what you asked for: the free indicator, your Market Engine sign-in, replies to your enquiry, and occasional updates about new tools. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link, and we stop the moment you use it. We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not use them for advertising on other sites.
Only the services that run the site and the products: our email-list provider (to send the free indicator and updates), Stripe (payments), our web host, and — if you use them — Telegram, your email provider and your mobile carrier for Alert Desk messages. Each acts under its own privacy policy. We share nothing else with anyone unless the law requires it.
Market data you connect to the Engine — Coinbase, Databento or Interactive Brokers — flows between that provider and your browser. Your brokerage credentials, orders, positions and paper trading history stay on your own machine. We cannot see your account.
The site sets no tracking cookies. The Market Engine uses browser storage on your computer to remember your settings and layout; that storage never leaves your browser. Details are on the Cookies page.
Email addresses stay on the list until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Purchase records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Server logs are rotated by the host, typically within 30 days.
You can unsubscribe from any email with the link at the bottom, ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by writing to service@wallstreettradingroom.com. We answer within 24 hours and complete deletion requests within 30 days, except for records we are legally required to keep.
The site and the products are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If this policy changes, the version and date at the top change with it. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version.
