Legal
This policy applies to everything bought from Wall Street Trading Room™. It is shown before payment and you are asked to accept it at checkout. It sits alongside section 7 of the Software Licence Agreement.
The Market Engine is proprietary, closed-source software that is delivered and usable immediately after purchase. For that reason we do not offer refunds on Market Engine subscriptions, whether monthly or twelve months paid in full, and whether or not the software has been used. Please be sure before you buy. You acknowledge this at checkout before Stripe takes payment.
The ★ WSTR indicators are part of the Market Engine and are not sold separately. They follow the Market Engine’s terms above; access to them ends when the Market Engine subscription ends.
Consultations are arranged by appointment and paid as agreed in writing before the session. A session can be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice; a session missed without notice is not refunded. Reseller licence fees are governed by the signed Reseller Schedule and are not refundable.
If something does not work, tell us first. We fix defects in the software at no charge for as long as your subscription runs. A problem caused by your own data feed, broker connection, browser or computer is not a defect in the software and does not give rise to a refund, but we will still help you sort it out. Simulated and paper-trading results, market data outages, broker rejections and trading losses are never grounds for a refund.
Because the no-refund policy is shown and accepted before payment, a chargeback raised for a delivered subscription is treated as a breach of the licence. Access is suspended while the dispute is open and the evidence of your acceptance at checkout is supplied to the card issuer. Contact us first; we would rather solve it than fight it.
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where such a law gives you a right to a refund, that law applies.
If this policy changes, the version and date at the top change with it. A change does not affect a purchase already made.
