Everything on this site and in the products — the Market Engine, the Trading Pit DOM, the indicators, the alerts, the Floor Call, the write-ups, the videos and the consultations — is a charting tool or educational content. Market Engine subscriptions are sold through Stripe on the terms shown at checkout and in the Software Licence Agreement and the Refund and Cancellation Policy, including its no-refund rule. Consultations and reseller licences are arranged by appointment and agreed in writing.
The site links to and the products work with services we do not control — Stripe, Coinbase, Interactive Brokers, dxFeed, Databento, Rithmic, Telegram, Anthropic and others. Their availability, pricing and terms are theirs. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.
The Wall Street Trading Room™ name, the bull-head badge, the Market Engine banner, the product names, the software, the indicators and all site content belong to Silver Desert Freight LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Nothing here grants you any right in them beyond what the Software Licence Agreement says.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, and disputes are subject to the courts of Clark County, Nevada, unless mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction says otherwise.
